I am now working on an experimental photography project which is titled 'the body.' I've started to look at the body of city and the architectural forms within Birmingham. The idea that a city is man made and that each building has a specific function has led me to think that when a building is abandoned, what is it left to? Why is it left when it is something we created it?
I went to check out these tower blocks in Perry Barr that I heard were to be demolished in the hope I could get some snaps on the inside however I was too late.
